A little clarity
about your details.
Effective and last updated September 18, 2026.
This notice covers covequillstudio.com and the inquiries you send to Covequill Studio. Rahul Solanki, the studio's founder, is responsible for handling privacy questions. Contact info@covequillstudio.com.
When you get in touch
Our form collects your name, email address, service selection, and message. A business name is optional. If you choose to discuss a workflow example, that selection is also included. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you send.
We use these details to understand and respond to your inquiry, discuss possible work, and keep the relevant conversation together. Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails or give us access to your business systems. Please leave out passwords, payment information, client records, and other sensitive details.
The services involved
Netlify hosts the website and stores form submissions through Netlify Forms. Its spam filtering uses Akismet. Netlify may also process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the service.
Google Workspace and Gmail handle email delivery and storage. Form notifications are copied to private inboxes controlled by the studio's founder. Google Apps Script processes eligible messages to send an acknowledgment and limit duplicates. An acknowledgment confirms receipt only; it does not accept or evaluate a project.
These providers process information needed to run their services. Provider-managed logs, backups, and retention are subject to their service arrangements. We do not publish your inquiry. The interactive examples on this website use fixed sample data and do not send your information to an AI service.
Cookies, preferences, and tracking
This website does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or cross-site profiling. Fonts and website scripts are served from our own domain. We do not use inquiry details to create advertising profiles.
When you use the motion control, your choice is stored in your browser's session storage to remember that preference during the session. It is not an advertising identifier and is not sent with your inquiry. The site also respects your device's reduced-motion setting. A selected workflow example remains on the page and is submitted only when included in an inquiry you send.
The site does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals, because the advertising and cross-site tracking activities described above are not used. If we introduce a tool that requires consent or an opt-out, we will provide the applicable information and controls before using it.
How long we keep details
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond, manage an ongoing discussion or agreed work, and meet applicable recordkeeping needs. Retention depends on whether the discussion remains active and whether a contract, payment record, security matter, or dispute requires information to be kept.
We review records manually when an inquiry closes and when a privacy request is received. Information no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or anonymized in the records we control. There is no automatic expiry timer. Provider-controlled backups and logs may follow separate retention periods.
Questions, access, corrections, and deletion
To ask about your information or request access, a correction, or deletion, email info@covequillstudio.com. Where possible, use the address associated with your inquiry and tell us what you would like us to do. Please do not send identity documents or passwords.
We may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to you. We review requests under the law applicable to the situation and explain any information we need to retain or cannot directly remove. A deletion review covers the form record and related email copies we control; deleting one does not automatically delete the others.
If the notice changes
We will publish revisions on this page and update the date above. For material changes to how we handle existing inquiry information, we will provide a clear website notice and, where appropriate, notify affected people by email. If a new use requires consent or a choice, we will provide that before the new use begins.
Future project work
A client project has its own agreed scope, data access, providers, and responsibilities. We discuss these separately before connecting to your systems or using client information in an AI or automation workflow.
