AI implementation Workflow automation Web design

At work in our own studio.

A clearer welcome.
From the first hello.

Our website inquiry system connects the form, our inbox, and a branded acknowledgment. The details are gathered before Rahul picks up the conversation.

Start that conversation
The Covequill inquiry workflowA system running on this site
  1. Capture the inquiry.

You check your details before sending. The form stores the submitted request.

  2. Notify the studio.

The inquiry is routed to our private inboxes with the example you chose.

  3. Acknowledge. Then follow through.

Eligible inquiries receive a branded acknowledgment. Rahul reviews the request and replies.

What we verified

Controlled submissions on September 17, 2026 verified the saved form record, both studio notifications, and the acknowledgment from info@covequillstudio.com. This is our own studio system, using rule-based automation. It does not use AI to read your inquiry. Duplicate protection and sending limits apply; an acknowledgment is separate from a project response.

Discuss design workflows

The work we do.

From scattered tools
to connected work.

Map the handoffs.

Trace how information moves, where it gets copied, and where decisions wait. Identify which steps suit automation and which need a person.

Workflow map + opportunity review

Connect the moving parts.

We build the agreed workflow around your existing systems where possible, with checks for missing information, errors, and human decisions.

AI implementation + tool integrations

Bring your team along.

Clear instructions, hands-on walkthroughs, and room for questions. Your team should understand what the system does and when to step in.

Training + documented handoff

Keep it useful.

Once the workflow is in use, we can agree on support, monitor the parts that need attention, and make improvements as your business changes.

Scoped maintenance + ongoing refinement

A thoughtful website still matters. Web design remains part of Covequill, whether you need a new digital home or a better starting point for customer inquiries.

Let's talk

The person behind the work

A practical partner.
A personal
approach.

Rahul SolankiFounder, Covequill Studio

The tools should fit
the way you work.

You'll work directly with Rahul, from understanding the problem to reviewing the finished workflow.

His background in geotechnical engineering and construction support brings a practical perspective to the handoffs between people, information, and tools.

Covequill is a small, independent studio. Each project starts by understanding your process, the information it uses, and the decisions your team needs to keep.

A clear scope. An honest conversation.
Attention to the things that matter.

Start with a
workflow brief.

Bring one recurring task, the tools involved, and what a better result would look like. Leave out passwords and sensitive records.

Your first deliverableA short, scoped brief covering the current handoff, proposed change, tools and access needed, human review points, and how we'll check the result.

Before a build beginsWe agree on the deliverables, price, and responsibilities. The brief gives you a clear basis for deciding whether to proceed.

  1. Define.

Walk through the task together and turn the agreed opportunity into a workflow brief.

    A scope you can review
  2. Build a pilot.

Agree on the scope, the cost, and what a useful result looks like. Then build it.

    Something you can try
  3. Put it to work.

Test realistic cases, check the exceptions, and bring your team into the process.

    A considered rollout
  4. Learn & improve.

Compare the result with the starting point. Agree on support and the next useful step.

    Evidence to build on

A little clarity.

Before we
begin.

Where do we start if we don't know what we need?

Start with a task that takes more effort than it should. Show us how it works today, and we'll discuss whether AI, a simple automation, or a change to the process could help.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

That's our starting point. We'll check the integration options and account requirements before agreeing on a solution. Any new subscriptions or limitations are discussed as part of the scope.

How do you handle mistakes and sensitive information?

We agree on what information the workflow can use, test the expected outputs, and identify decisions that need a person. Important actions can require approval, with a clear way to handle errors.

What does an engagement cost?

The cost depends on the workflow, integrations, and support involved. After an initial conversation, we'll agree on deliverables and a price before work begins. Ongoing software costs and support are identified separately.

Do you still design websites?

Yes. Thoughtful web design remains part of the studio. We can work on a standalone website or consider how it fits into your inquiry and customer workflows.

Let's make something useful.

What could
work better?

Tell us a little about your business and the work that gets in the way. You don't need a finished brief.

We'll use these details to respond to your inquiry. Please leave out passwords and sensitive business information. Privacy details.

* Required. An inquiry does not commit you to a project.
